The process of finding your land and building your dream home at Riverhills is pretty simple when you break it down.

Step 1. Find your perfect home site

Visit our website to request an appointment and one of our friendly team members will be in touch. We’ll show you our available land for sale, as well as House & Land packages or our Enclave townhomes if you prefer. We can either meet face to face or over a video call, whatever suits you best!

Step 2. Secure your dream lot

Once you have chosen your lot or townhome, the next step is to secure it by paying an initial deposit. You then have 7 days to sign your Land Contract and pay the balance of the deposit. One of our team members can help guide you through the process. At this stage you will no doubt want to start thinking about your home design, too.

Step 3. Sign your E-contract

E-Contracts are a great way to save paper, couriers and time! The Riverhills team will take you through the E-Contract and all the steps to get it signed and completed. It’s stress free.

It’s important to note that you will be signing an unconditional contract, so all parties need to have completed their own due diligence before they sign. Your conveyancer or solicitor is the perfect person to provide the advice you need.

To prepare your E-contract we’ll need a copy of your driver’s license or passport, along with your conveyancer’s details. If requested, we can email a blank E-Contract to your conveyancer to review. If you’re interstate or out of the country we can send it to you, too.

Step 4. Prepare for settlement

As construction at Riverhills continues, our team will email monthly updates so you know what’s happening. Then, as your title date approaches, the Riverhills team and your conveyancer will be touch so you can talk to your lender and prepare for settlement.

Settlement will take place 10 days after your lot is titled. Then… congratulations! You can start building your dream home at Riverhills!

Step 5. Choose your new home

This is the fun part! There are many homes to see and builders to talk to. The Riverhills team will happily show you the locations of local display villages, which are a great way to view your options and talk about your requirements. You can also read our blog on how to choose a home builder.

Like most communities, Riverhills has Design Guidelines that ensure high standards of building are maintained throughout the community, protecting your interests and those of all our residents. To avoid delays please discuss your plans with your builder to make sure they comply with our guidelines before you submit them to the Design Review Panel for approval.
