Construction of Riverhills continues to gain momentum. Water and sewer works for Stage 7 have been completed, and the team is now advancing through the next phase of civil works, including subgrade improvement, construction and capping layer, and the installation of crossing conduits.
Anticipated timeline for land titles
Stages 1-6 have been titled, and with families busy building their dream homes our community is really taking shape!
Stage 7 titles are expected in September this year – which is only five months away (where has the year gone?).
