Welcome to our latest Riverhills Construction Update.

We have plenty planned for this year, including the completion of Phase One of the Riverhills major wetland, anticipated for the second quarter of 2022. This will be followed by a significant landscape upgrade including new trees and a pedestrian trail – stay tuned for more information as this progresses!

We are pleased to provide you with the below stage updates and look forward to touching base with you again soon.

Stages 3 – Phase 2 (Earthworks)

This is where the big machinery first rolls in and involves preparation of the site to achieve ultimate design levels including site scraping and shaping the existing ground.

Stage 4 – Phase 1 (Plans & Permits)

This primary phase involves working with Council and other Authorities to secure planning approvals and acceptance of documentation including engineering designs to allow physical works to commence on site.
