As we settle into a new year, there is plenty happening at Riverhills.

Over the holiday period, our construction team were able to take advantage of the good weather to make further inroads in the development of the Riverhills Estate.

We are pleased to provide the below stage updates.

Stage 3 is now up to Phase 4 in construction, with the ground now prepared to begin the layers of the road pavement. Gas and water mains have now been installed, as well as the guttering system (kerb and channel) now in place.

Stages 4, 6, and 7 have reached Phase 1, this primary phase involves working with the council to secure planning approvals and other documentation needed to commence physical works on site.
