We are inching closer to the completion of Stage 3. Valuations have commenced, footpaths and asphalt works continue to progress, and we hope to achieve the first milestone of Practical Completion this month!

The Riverhills’ wetlands have achieved Practical Completion and we anticipate landscaping works to begin shortly.

Stage 3 – Phase 5 (Footpaths & Asphalt)

Electrical and communications works have finished, and we are now moving onto footpaths and asphalt. Here the ground goes through another round of preparation to enable the construction of footpaths, as well as for the topsoil of the community’s nature strips. Significantly, this phase also sees middle pavement layers constructed and roads taking shape with the laying of asphalt.

Stages 4, 6 and 7 – Phase 1 (Plans & Permits)

This primary phase involves working with Council and other Authorities to secure planning approvals and acceptance of documentation including engineering designs to allow physical works to commence on site.
