Welcome to our latest Riverhills Construction Update.

We are delighted to announce it has been another productive month for the Riverhills team. Phase one works on the wetlands are progressing nicely and we hope to showcase this community feature soon. As mentioned last month, this will be followed by a significant landscape upgrade including new trees and a pedestrian trail – stay tuned for more information as this progresses!

Stage 3 – Phase 2 (Earthworks and Road Boxing) – Completed

This is where the big machinery first rolls in and involves preparation of the site to achieve ultimate design levels including site scraping and shaping of the existing ground.

Stage 3 – Phase 2 (Sewer & Drainage) – Commenced

Waste and stormwater systems are constructed and connected to each lot.

Stage 4 – Phase 1 (Plans & Permits)

This primary phase involves working with Council and other Authorities to secure planning approvals and acceptance of documentation including engineering designs to allow physical works to commence on site.
