Welcome to our latest Riverhills Construction Update.

It’s been a busy month at Riverhills and the project team has been hard at work progressing the community.

In particular, Stage 5 has achieved Statement of Compliance with titles to follow shortly. We are also working on the construction of the Riverhills major wetland which is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2022. This will then be followed by a significant landscape upgrade, including new trees and a pedestrian trail. Stay tuned for more information as this progresses!

Stages 3 & 4 – Phase 1 (Plans & Permits)

This primary phase involves working with Council and other Authorities to secure planning approvals and acceptance of documentation including engineering designs to allow physical works to commence on site.

Stage 5 – Phase 8 (Titles Office & Settlement)

This final phase sees each lot within the stage registered at the Titles Office, after which settlement can occur and you can start building your dream home!
