As spring arrives and mornings grow brighter across the estate, it makes the dream of completing your home at Riverhills feel even closer. Here’s a look at what’s been happening on-site as we continue progressing toward titles and the next milestones.
Stage 7: Phase 7
Stage 7 is nearing completion. Construction on the footpath, pavement and asphalt are now finished, and the final works are well underway across the stage, including topsoil preparation to the nature strip. With Statement of Compliance targeted for October 2026, this stage is drawing ever closer to completion.
Stage 9: Phase 2
Stage 9 has now passed its pre-commencement meeting, an important step that allows site preparation and earthworks to begin. Cut and fill activities have commenced to establish the levels needed for the future community, setting the foundation for the works ahead.
Anticipated timeline for land titles & construction
- Stages 1-6 have already titled, with families well on their way to bringing their dream homes to life.
- Stage 7 & 8 construction began in August 2025, with titles expected in November 2026.
- Stage 9 construction started in August 2026, and titles are anticipated for Q4 2027.
- Stage 10 is due to commence in Q4 2026, with titles expected in Q4 2027.
Every builder runs their own schedule and level of detail within each stage, so they can walk you through exactly what applies to your specific build, and when. Many buyers like to visit the site as construction takes shape. Site access policies vary, so it’s worth checking with your builder representative before planning a visit.
