Welcome to our last Construction Update of 2020! It’s been a big year at Riverhills and the project team has been hard at work progressing our Riverhills community.

In particular, construction commenced on our first two Stages! Drainage, gas, sewer and water mains are now all complete within these stages, as well as the road subgrade improvement in Stage 2.

The Lehmanns Road upgrade is now well underway, with drainage and road subgrade improvement complete in the first section. As part of these works, the intersection at Lehmanns Road and Bindts Road will be closed in January to commence the removal of the old road and the installation of the new services. The construction of Lehmanns Road Boulevard from the Bindts Road intersection into Stage 1 will begin in the New Year.
