Riverhills Estate Manager, Richard, recently had the pleasure of meeting with first home buyer, Maryam.

Maryam has become the youngest purchaser at Riverhills to date, locking in her future home at just 21 years old!

We sat down with Maryam to have a chat about choosing her picturesque 371m2 lot in Stage 7 at Riverhills, and what she’s most excited about for the next chapter in her home building journey.

When asked why she chose Riverhills for her first home, Maryam told us “My family home is in Wollert. I’d driven past a few times and fell in love with the masterplan. It seems to me the best place to live! A great location with a strong community-based atmosphere.”

Maryam further explained that the warm community vibe of the location set Riverhills apart from other estates. With its beautiful views and easy access to the CBD, it was the obvious choice for her first home.

When asked what she is most excited about for her new home, Maryam said “I’m so excited to own my first property, to make it a home and stay there for several years to come. I’m excited for what the future holds!”
