Landscaping

We expect civil construction of the wetlands to be completed by the end of May, with aesthetic embellishments to follow. The wetlands will link the initial stages of Riverhills to Darebin Creek and the Quarry Hills Bushland Park, acting as a vital part of our ecosystem. By the time you’re reading this, the Riverhills entry feature should be completed!

Infrastructure

Major upgrade works to O’Herns Road, the major arterial linking Epping Road to the Hume Freeway, are now complete. New lanes in each direction between the Hume Freeway and Redding Rise, as well as each direction on the Hume Freeway between Cooper Street and O’Herns Road, now make it easier to get to and from the Riverhills community.

Community

Demand for Riverhills is strong, with Stages 1, 2 and 5 completely sold out.
