On World Environment Day, we celebrate the natural biodiversity of our Whittlesea community with a special family fun festival!

Celebrate Nature

Join fellow locals on Sunday 2 June at Cantera Park in Doreen from 11am and connect with the outdoors to celebrate World Environment Day. There will be lots to see and do at this family-friendly festival, including a traditional Aboriginal smoking ceremony and a BBQ run by your local Scout Group for purchase on the day.

This festival will be especially perfect for the little ones! Children will be able to enjoy all manner of hands-on activities, including the chance to interact with native animals, go on an eco-explorer adventure, discover the fascinating life of water bugs and make their own nature art.
