Welcome to our latest Riverhills Construction Update.

Big things are happening here at Riverhills. We’ve made it our mission to keep residents updated throughout 2021, showing them how our wonderful community is coming together.

There’s been lots happening at Riverhills, with Statement of Compliance now achieved for Stages 1 and 2 and titles quickly approaching.

We are pleased to provide you with the below stage updates and look forward to touching base with you again soon.

Stages 1 & 2 – Phase 8 (Titles Office & Settlement)

Each lot within the Stage is registered at the Titles Office, after which settlement can occur and you can start building your dream home.

 Stages 3, 4 & 5 – Phase 1 (Plans & Permits)

This primary phase involves working with Council and other Authorities to secure planning approvals and acceptance of documentation including engineering designs to allow physical works to commence on site.

Lehmanns Road Upgrade

Finishing touches are currently being completed on the road upgrade including the bike path’s asphalt wearing course, signage, and line marking. Street trees and other landscaping will be installed over the next few weeks.
